Payment

Visa, Mastercard, Amex

When paying by Visa, Mastercard or Amex our online shopping cart uses Paypal.

You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card. Just enter your card details and they will be processed securely.

Care Instructions

Our Bean Bags are made from durable, quality fabrics that will stand the test of time. All of our Bean Bags comply with current Australian regulations having had the zip pulls removed.

If you need to open your bean bag place a safety pin or paper clip through the zip hole and pull the zip open. Repeat this process to close the zip.

Always keep your bean bag away from naked flame and high temperature.

1.     Filling your bean bag is best with two people.

2.     Place your Chillizone Bean Bag Liner inside your bean bag before you fill it.

3.     Recommended filling amount for Adults is 150-175L, for children 175-200L.

4.     Make a funnel from paper. Place it at a small opening of the bean bag.

5.     Slowly pour the beans into the bean bag opening.

6.     Close the bean bag using a safety pin or paper clip.

Our bean bags take up to 200 litres of polystyrene beans.  You might think your bean bag can hold more, but wait until you’ve sat on it first.

The recommended filling amount for adults is 150-170L. For children, it’s 175-200L. If you put too many beans in your bag, you’ll be sitting uncomfortably high. So start on the lower side.

If your bean bag is starting to feel a little flat over time, add some more beans and it will be like new again. Polystyrene Beans are available from Chillizone for $15.00 per 100 litre capacity or most major department stores like Big W, Target & K-Mart Australia Wide.

Yes. If you need to wash your bean bag – open the zip, remove your Chillizone bean bag liner (with beans inside).

If you don’t have a liner, then pour the beans into the bath tub, large box or bag.

Follow the following washing instructions relating to the fabric of your bean bag;

  • Cotton Cord Bean Bag (100% cotton)
    Gently hand wash and hang to dry
  • Velour Bean Bag (100% Polyester)
    Gently hand wash and hang to dry
  • Faux Fur Bean Bag (100% Polyester)
    Gently hand wash and hang to dry
  • Vinyl Bean Bag (100% Vinyl)
    Wipe clean with a damp cloth
  • Indoor/Outdoor Bean Bag (Oxford Nylon)
    Wipe clean with a damp cloth

After cleaning, re-insert liner, then add more beans as needed.

Refunds & Returns

At Chillizone we provide our customers with great service even after you have purchased your bean bag online.

We can offer discounted bean bags, cheap and direct to the public because we do not have shop front overheads. Thus, you the consumer can buy bean bags online, direct from us with confidence at discounted prices.

Our bean bags are made from durable, quality fabrics that will stand the test of time.

If your questions are not answered please contact us and we will gladly give you the advice that you need.

Chillizone offers a 12 month warranty on all stitching and zips.

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your bean bag we are happy for you to return the bean bag in it original condition at your cost and choose a replacement to the same value or have a refund for the original purchase price of the item.

Event Furniture Hire

Yes. Our minimum order is $770.00 inc. GST during peak season (November to March).

Outside of this it will be $330.00 inc. GST.

A delivery and pick-up fee is included in our minimum order.  This delivery and pick-up fee is dependent on your location and the dates and times of your event.  So it it may be more.

The standard hire period is 48 hours, but delivery and pick-up can be worked around your event schedule.

You can hire for longer if needed. Just ask us for a quote.

Yes. A deposit of 20% is now required as follows – All hires are required to pay a 20% deposit to lock in the equipment or service. No equipment will be locked in for your desired date until a deposit has been received. Any bookings that are cancelled once deposit is paid will forfeit deposit. Confirmed hires or equipment items that are cancelled less than 7 days prior to pick up or delivery will incur a 100% of total hire/item cancellation fee.
Our hire prices are included on each of our individual event furniture hire product pages and are shown excluding GST, and are based on hiring for 48 hours

Delivery and pick-up fees start at $75 each way (within metro areas).

Outer metro areas are quoted separately. We’ll give you an accurate quote at the time.

The standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

An additional out of hours fee will apply if delivery and pick-up is outside of these hours.

When delivery or pick-up falls outside our standard hours, we need to pay our driver’s higher rates.

If your hire furniture can be left safely overnight, and we can schedule to pick it up the next working day, we’re happy to do that and avoid the fee. But that’s not always possible.

Absolutely. Our hire furniture can go outside, but please don’t leave them in the rain or on wet surfaces.

If a booking is cancelled between deposit payment and up to 8 days before the event, Chillizone will make a full refund of any hire fees paid minus the 20% deposit paid.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event date will forfeit 100% of the total hire fee. These terms apply to cancellation of individual items from any confirmed order as well.

*Please note this does not apply to cancellations as a result of government sanctioned Covid restrictions.

No. To ensure longevity of our hire furniture, we deliver and pick-up ourselves. Besides, you’ve got better things to be doing.

Yes, we deliver the bean bags already filled. A flat bean bag is not very comfortable.
